As a self-care advisor, the YouQ app utilizes a gamified Alert Monitor based on NASA's PVT+. The Hourly Power Score indicates cognitive and physical energy levels, and the Power Fixes help mitigate fatigue and improve alertness, allowing wearers to optimize their day.

Preloaded with Wear OS by Google, the CZ Smart YouQ is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices. The Play Store offers access to a variety of applications, including the CZ Smart YouQ app, Google Fit, Strava, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Alexa.

With a battery life of over 24 hours (variable based on usage) and a full charge in just 40 minutes, the CZ Smart YouQ provides reliable performance. It offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and NFC connectivity, as well as a suite of sensors, including a gyroscope, altimeter, barometer, accelerometer, heart rate sensor, SpO2, and ambient light sensor, to track activity, heart rate, cardio fitness, steps, and sleep.
